Productive Structure
The result of the good plantations is based on the production of our nursery, which is enrolled and investigated by the INASE. The best plants are selected there, in order to cultivate them with intensive methods. Watering by drip and an appropriate cultural management to each variety assures us a high yield, with a production of good quality. To this moment, from the total 1.080 hectares we have, 300 of them are planted. It means that the number of hectares allows us to continue with our project. During the season 2006/2007 we inaugurated the Packing and refrigeration Depot, which counts with the most advanced technology.
